Allow me to help you take the first steps on your journey to health and fitness. I am passionate about empowering people to incorporate movement of all kinds into their lives in order to help improve their physical and mental health as well as their quality of life.

From simple activities of daily living to long distance running, I can help you to gain the skills and abilities you need to move through life in the way that works best for you.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have additional specializations in behavior change, weight management and fitness nutrition. We will start our journey together with a detailed discussion of your needs, your exercise history and your hopes for the future. We will collaborate on a plan to reach your goals and have fun along the way.

Warm-Up

A good workout starts by getting your body moving gradually to increase blood flow to the muscles. This will help to prevent injury.

Muscular Training
